I brought my 2022 Toyota Tacoma in for modification repairs and had a fantastic experience thanks to Cameron and Tim. Cameron was really responsive and kind from the start, while Tim did outstanding work with great attention to detail. I'm really glad I brought my vehicle there, I definitely recommend this place.

Al Moncaleano did a great job getting my model 3 fixed in time. Handled the insurance claim. Provided clear paperwork. Guided me with details on several aspects. I trust my vehicle with parkwood and AL.

5 stars all the way. Here is my story. Its worth the read. Over 2 years ago they worked on my car. They did a great job then. Over the years I noticed however some chips flicking off where they worked on the car. I called them up and explained what was happening. They told me to come down and they would take a look at it that afternoon. I went down there expecting a lot of runaround and being turned away or told it would cost thousands of dollars. To my surprise the manager came out and looked at it. He had 2 of his other people come out and look at it. After about 3 minutes of discussion, decreed that there was something probably wrong with the base paint that was used. They explained that at the time they were changing from one paint type to another and this was the likely cause. The bad news was that this would require that the entire quarter panel be redone since it could not be blended in. This also required the pieces be removed from the vehicle. In other words it was a big job. I was expecting this explanation to be a prelude to being told that this would cost thousands of dollars. I finally asked what it would cost. He told me the cost was $0.00 I was shocked

β€œI can’t even grocery shop that fast!” We snagged the rocker panel in an accident on our Model Y at 9:22am in McKinney. By 10:32am in Frisco, it was fixed professionally and for a fair price. I’m so glad that I met Al Moncaleano and that our problem is solved. I am so appreciative of the rapid execution of the Parkwood Collision team. I hope I never see them again, but if I have another accident in our Tesla I know exactly who I’m calling.

Had a great experience getting a new front bumper replaced with Parkwood Collision. Worked with Al and communication was great! In total, my car was in the shop for 8 days, however, it was due to the at fault party’s insurance being slow with approving the shop’s final estimate. They approved it two days ago and I confirmed with the shop that it was approved, and got a text today with pictures saying it was all done! So technically it was done in less than 2 days time. When I went to pick it up, the whole car was cleaned, shiny, interior and my mats were cleaned as well which was a pleasant surprise. Can’t recommend these guys enough! Thanks Al and Parkwood Collision! Here’s some before and after photos!
